Web applications

Web Applications Built Around Your Business Workflow

When customers or staff need accounts, shared records, payments or approvals, the project is more than a public website. ZeroBytes designs and builds web applications around the work people need to complete, with a clear first release and a plan for running it after launch.

Applications we build

Learning platforms

Practice questions, mock exams, progress and subscriptions behind one account, as on MediSpoon.

Staff and customer portals

One place for enrolment, attendance, orders and invoicing across several branches, as on the Excel Tutors staff portal.

Dashboards and admin panels

The screens your team uses to run the business: records, roles, reports.

Booking and ordering systems

Availability, confirmation and payment rules that a generic calendar cannot express.

Online shops

A catalogue, a checkout and online payment, with the admin side to manage them.

From workflow to scope

Before any production code, we draw the system: who uses it, what each person can do, what is stored, and what it must connect to.

  • User roles, and what each one is allowed to see and change.
  • The actions that matter, in the order people actually do them.
  • The data: what is recorded, and who can export it.
  • The integrations: payment, messaging, and the tools you already run.
  • The smallest first release that is useful on its own. The rest waits for a later phase.

Delivery and ownership

  • Weekly demos: every Friday you see working software, not slides.
  • Tests on the critical paths, so the code is safe to change later.
  • Documentation and a handover, so your team can run it without us.
  • You own the work from day one: the code, the design files, the domain and the hosting account are in your name. Because they are yours, their renewals (the domain each year, the hosting plan, any paid third-party service) are yours to pay; we set them up and tell you what each one costs before you commit.
  • Every project includes 60 days of free fixes after launch. A fix is anything that does not work the way the written scope says it should. New features and changes to the agreed scope are quoted separately, and after the 60 days you can carry on with an optional monthly care plan or take everything over yourself.

Price and timeline

A web app starts from ৳60,000 and usually takes four to ten weeks. That starting scope covers user accounts and roles, an admin dashboard, the database and APIs, online payment integration, and deployment with handover.

  • Larger platforms are quoted individually, and anything longer than four months is split into phases with a decision point between them.
  • The price is fixed in writing before work starts.

Questions buyers ask

Can you work on an application we already have?

Yes. We do a free audit before quoting, so we know what we are walking into, and we will not take a job we do not think we can do well.

Who controls the hosting and the source code?

You do, from day one. We commit into your repository and deploy to your cloud account.

Could an existing tool do this instead?

Sometimes, and we will say so. A custom build is worth it when your rules do not fit an off-the-shelf product, not before.

Describe the workflow

Describe who will use the application, what they need to do, and which systems it must connect to. We will help define a first release you can review and test.
