- Anything sent to a customer, or that moves money, is reviewed by a person unless you decide otherwise.
- The system says where an answer came from, so it can be checked.
- When it does not know, it says so and hands over to a person.
How we scope and check it
- Agree the task and collect real examples of a good result before building.
- Name the systems it connects to and the data it is allowed to read.
- Test against your examples, and show you where it fails as well as where it works.
- Start with one task. Add the next when the first is trusted.
Running costs
AI features are built on the OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, which charge by usage.
- The API account is in your name and the provider bills you directly, so you see the real cost.
- Cost depends on how much it is used and which model it uses. We estimate it with you before launch.
- Caching repeated questions and choosing a smaller model where it is good enough both keep the bill down.
- Every project includes 60 days of free fixes after launch. A fix is anything that does not work the way the written scope says it should. New features and changes to the agreed scope are quoted separately, and after the 60 days you can carry on with an optional monthly care plan or take everything over yourself.
